1. Who We Are. The website anhelinamakeup.com and the "Anhelina

Makeup" brand are operated by Teos Prep Center LLC, a limited

liability company registered in the State of Florida, USA

("Company", "we", "us"). Charges on your bank or PayPal statement

may appear under the Company name or the descriptor

"MakeupEssentials".

2. Products and Services. We sell digital online courses

(pre-recorded video lessons on makeup techniques) and personal

coaching services. No physical products are sold or shipped.

3. Prices and Payment. All prices are listed in US dollars (USD).

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Payments are

processed securely by Stripe and PayPal; we do not store your card

details.

4. Access to Digital Content. Access to course content is granted

immediately after successful payment, linked to the email address

provided at checkout. Access is lifetime, for personal,

non-commercial use only, and may not be shared, transferred, or

resold. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without

refund in case of violation of these terms, including sharing or

reselling access.

5. Refunds. If you are not satisfied with a digital course, contact

us at hello@anhelinamakeup.com within 14 days of purchase and we

will work with you to resolve the issue, up to and including a

refund at our discretion. Refunds may be declined in cases of abuse,

including downloading, copying, or substantially completing the

course prior to the request. Personal coaching and in-person

services are scheduled individually; rescheduling and cancellation

terms are agreed at the time of booking.

6. Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years old to make a

purchase.

7. Intellectual Property. All course materials, videos, guides and

brand assets are the property of Teos Prep Center LLC and/or its

licensors and are protected by copyright law. Copying, downloading,

recording, or distributing course content is prohibited.

8. Disclaimer. Our courses are provided for educational purposes

only. Results depend on individual practice and may vary. Our

content is not medical or dermatological advice. Always test

products for personal sensitivities and consult a professional

regarding skin conditions or allergies.
